Hello. . I'm Ahtesham from Pakistan as a disabled student study in university of Toronto. I'm applying for disabled student like Dystonia issues. I have some problem to get UTORid and library card number by online as a disabled student. Any one here to help me please. 1 have 4 day left to collect our ticket. I have a issues in UTORid?? My passport is not ready but it's ready in at least 4 month
