At the end of this video, my Alexa started playing “Take It Easy” by Eagles 🦅. No clearer sign than this! I worry about the decisions I make because I remember how things didn’t turn out the way I had hoped for in the past. Yes, have a pattern for sabotaging myself and quitting out of fear, failure, regret, embarrassment etc… We tend to beat ourselves up when we choose to live in the past. I’m choosing to live in the present, because it is a gift, and this gift is available to anyone who chooses it. Take it easy on yourself, and enjoy your day! ❤

"Still working form survival" this is helpful to as I'm working on my relationship with money, relationships, etc. I still notice survival things come up and "know bettter's" that come up. "You went from what you know to what you knew" thank you for bringing us back to the Now especially as I release the past this will assist so I don't pick up the past again. Choose the Now. "What would be a choice that the true you would make?"-I would love to cry out and release patterns. "Awareness beats effort". So much wisdom in this call. Thank you. I have asked my deeper self questions and recieved the answer of silence. I always wondered that meant about me like maybe I really wasn't actually connected to myself. I kept getting the message "it doesn't matter".. I finally understand. As long as I stay present I am in the flow executing actions that bring me the highest amount of pleasure and fulfillment. I am so productive for the first time in my life. Be kind to yourselves loves! The answers are within. Do not question the answers.

Kyle, I love your style. I've been listening to a lot of depth psychology podcasts, but directly interacting with individual statements and disecting the psychology through analysis of individual statements can bring a lot of the unconscious conscious and clarify the Self from patterns and so on.
I'm trying to leave survival into the now. I'm been in that for decades or maybe always. Yes its held me back in life personally and professionally. I'm in different frequencies too. I think I bounce back and forth too
Its a new choice I've been too set in my ways. I have learned how to be happy anyway no matter what I'm going through which doesn't always feel real. But I can make better choices but I get confused sometimes about what to do but maybe if i step back a minute and quit making snap judgments about work and moving etc.
I'm watching this several times so it will sink in. On a level I get it, and at the same time I don't! I've had such a hard time changing my thoughts, beliefs and behaviors, that I really believe it's hard, and you're saying it's not, but it is! Sometimes I've been easily able to CHOOSE in the moment who I want to be and what I want to do, and sometimes I just can't. Thank you SO much for this, I needed this! 🙏🏻🥰

This was the perfect thing to “just happen upon” The reminder I needed 😂😊 thank you One thing I thought of. Thinking something is hard to do and thinking you shouldn’t choose you now honors neither. And you wanting to honor all accomplishes that nothing. It is discouraging and hard but worth it. When you choose you now it honors you and you will see how it will allow you the choice at the right time to honor all, even giving the space to healthfully honor your past while you keep choosing you now at every second I hope I expressed that well enough. Be patient with yourself. Sit in meditation, come to the end of thought. The "choice" is an illusion, being your higher self is what is happening.
