I am the same. I am an RMT but find it helps so much to create playlists and run this in my home every morning while I take care of my pets and vegin my prayer and meditation time. Bizarrely, one of the things I find that helps relieve nausea (along with this amazing video) is putting a small sauce packet in the freezer and using that as an ice pack for my face. Generally ice packs are way too large for me and cumbersome. Sauce packets work just fine for me!!! (Lol) (somehow have to amuse myself when feeling ill lmao)
