Maze I've been in Mashas shoes. A family man with a wife and kids who are there looking up to you to provide. At the same time jobless, depressed and on the verge of being broken as a MAN. The number of times I thought of getting into crime is countless. Siwezi judge huyo mguy or any other guy who joins crime gangs due to circumstances. Life is hard out here maze sieeet.

Abel, as a society, we have failed our fellow country men. You should look at the lives of KDF widows. Their husbands sacrificed their lives for our country and immediately they died, their families were kicked out of the medical cover and were left with a pension that can barely meet needs. Most of our soldiers marry young. 20-22 years and they are likely to marry even younger women, who may not have the skills nor expertise to work and despite their husbands paying the ultimate price for patriotism, it really does not matter in the eyes of society. But the biggest problem is not our government. It is we. In our middle-class aloofness. We are comfortable as long as we have food on our tables, a roof over our head and can afford a few luxuries here and there. Forgetting that we are just one illness, one death or even one civil clash away from abject poverty. We have a greater responsibility. In the 1877 Great Railroad Strikes in the United States, one of the reasons that it gained so much traction was because the working class said enough is enough. Rail workers were supported by workers from other industries and almost crippled the economy. Eventually, concessions were made. I believe if we just had this camaraderie, our lives and that of our fellow countrymen who do not even realize that they are in trouble, could become much bigger. When nurses strike, let us see doctors, teachers, civil servants strike with them. the same applies to all other professions. Let the government know that we mean business.

RSM means Regimental Sergeant Major, responsible under the adjutant, commandant or athourity in Major training camps/operations for all aspects of duty and discipline of the all cadets , NCOs, and men and all other cadre in trainings and large operation fronts. You've really touched my line now n nobody knows what we undergo silently, to ensure Our country is safe. Whatever the masses knows is just the duty officers they meet in patrols, traffic n some minor situations which is around 5% and doesn't represent the full phase of security men. We have no representation in the world of workers unions (they May come after me now, (Gosh). I've seen colleagues do unthinkable just coz his situation cannot make him sustain his way through this life journey n remember these r persons trained to endure very tough moments but it's also goes to the elastic full limit. I wish you'd be able to b our activist. 😔😔 That said amongst my many escapades, i wish and will one day publish a book on my journey through this tough life. . Thank you.
