This Italian tomato soup is aromatic

I've made this delicious soup a few times. It's quick and easy. You can also use sour cream instead of cream or leave both out completely.
Recipe:
500g tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 ml broth
1 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
