    This video was very helpful. Because this summer I had a Excalibur purple variety. In full sun. It was getting scorched. So I moved it under a pine tree habitat and it is pushing new growth

    “Mean like star apple” is a phrase used commonly in Jamaica, because the fruit will not fall off the tree, no matter how ripe or rotten it gets. So unlike other fruits that may fall from the tree even before it ripens, the star apple tree is “mean”.

    I just planted a three foot seedling and it started to dry out. It had started to put out new leaves, but from your video I realize it's very windy and probably why it's dying. I'm gonna move it immediately and try to save it. Thanks!

    RIP my grafted purple caimitos and my Miami soursop. Well I'm gonna try a seedling trees and if that don't work either, then I guess it's more room for more mangos. Lol every disappointment is a blessing. Now we have 2 more vacancy for my too many plants.

    I wonder how well star apple could be done in espallier. Looks like it can work well given its growing environmental restrictions.

    If you grow from seed, will the fruit taste good? And can it be kept in a 15 gallon pot.

    • @FruitfulTrees
      @FruitfulTrees  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes it should taste good but you never know what you will get with a seedling. a 15 gallon pot for a while but will need to upgrade it at some point

He said you can induce longans to bloom & hence fruit also carambola so i want to know what methods he uses to induce the trees to bloom & hence fruit several times a year. He said you can prune a guava you effectively fruit almost year round. So what other methods can be used to promote fruiting or induce it to come into fruiting season earlier than normal?
