People often seem to talk about how great Turtles in Time and Street Fighter 2 are, but I never hear anyone talking about this game. Why do you think that is? It's very good.
What you did to Shredder would have caused me to rage for about a week straight. I don't get mad at games, winning or losing doesn't matter as long as it's fun, but I think that the beat down you gave him would warrant a meltdown lol.
I don't get why they haven't done put this game version on Nintendo's virtual console it's amazing I think no one wants to talk about the nes and genesis versions of this game the SNES version will always be superior to us please Nintendo put this game on virtual console but only the SNES version.

I'm not the player in the video, but I can tell you it boils down to muscle memory and knowing how each CPU controlled character reacts to certain movements/attacks from a specific character and playing safely on enemies that are less predictable. The last boss doesn't seem to block Leo's Endless Screw much, which was a big chunk of what was used against her.

This version was soooo good, better that the Megadrive version by far.

Same moveset (though Endless Screw is done with QCB + Punch) and same goal.
