The biggest thing is to just trust that they will work and not worry about everything being “perfect” when you create the base pages. Somehow the right photos always seem to come along. I make a lot of my pages with scraps from other projects... which has also eliminated my scrap collection. So win win I my book. 😁. ~Melanie

I love base pages! Most of my pictures are on my computer. I have thousands of them and it's very overwhelming. I have tons of scrap booking supplies...overwhelming. Base pages are brilliant. I can make my pages without stressing over which photos to scrap. Printing photos in the right size needed is also brilliant. I can't wait to show my 12 year old daughter. We are going to have so much fun making these. Thank you so much!

Those are really nice. I remember about 19-20 years ago, I went to a Creative Memories party. I tried to learn how to scrapbook. I could never figure out how to place the photos and not make them just sit in the middle of a page. You make it look so easy. I still don’t think I have the ability to see layouts as you do. I wish I could. I would be happy to get rid of some of my supplies. Card making doesn’t get rid of a whole lot. 😁.

I love base pages. Most I use my left over scraps from a project and just try and use them as they are... these are typically the less defined layouts. For the ones that are more defined I just pull a sketch and layout it out. These are great to do when I want to play but not really think.
