Thanks Sara - I think maybe we are fully aware of the convoluted mess of inequality this world has become, but while others rant and rage against it, we realise that creating aggressive division is the goal of those who pushed this agenda, to take the spotlight off themselves. Instead of fighting, we step away and observe, rising above all the fakery, and in doing so become a calm but powerful oasis that commands respect. This allows us to walk our own path with increasingly fewer distractions, leaving others behind to fight among themselves. We can see that both sides of their argument is staged and controlled, and refuse to get involved . We move forward as they distract themselves.
lol......I'm 5'11 what an interesting example. Being more consistent with allowing, without getting too attached to instant gratification seems to be more achievable recently. One of my intentions has been to flow with the versatility of water. I won £140 on the lotto over the weekend too🙏🏿😬
@@iHeartTarot110 gotta say, the spiritual side of life is so interesting. Sara your readings bring me so much joy! I look forward to them everyday. I’m back in Spain but will be back to London on Saturday, I hope you had a great summer ❤
And yes I can see that my Aries boss is constantly promising me things but really looking out for himself and his gains. I have also noticed that he takes credit for little things I do. I am now stepping back from everyone being extremely professional and working closely alongside H. I do feel like I have taken the blindfold off. I am now making sure my LinkedIn is on point and I am beginning to document what I do so that I get the credit for what I do. I also let my boss know that I feel quite insecure still not having a contract. But I know if that does come it won’t be soon

@@iHeartTarot110 good plan. Echinacea of course as you know is an herb so only sporadic use as needed. I'll look up elderberry. Thanks for the tip Sara. For everything you create for us, you've got to stay healthy. Always more difficult at the start of the school year. Think of those kids as helping you build your immune system...one germ at a time ;-))
Sarah, Richard is correct in saying that Echinacea is great for occasional use, not a daily supplement. Take 2000-3000mgs with the onset of a cold. If still not feeling well after a couple of hours take another 2000 or 3000mgs. I wouldn't use echinacea as a daily supplement, just for a boost of wellness. I'm no doctor but I have been messing with herbs, for about 40yrs now. Yes I'm that old lol
Thank you! I love learning from others about health tips. There's so much out there that we have to 'discover' through chance. Hearing what helps othes helps!
@@DrLar I'm amazed at how fast Echinacea knocks down a bug. I never thought I'd be 'that' guy who knows anything about this. But because our food has become poison, it's smart to get informed. Sara also mentions Elderberry working for her.
