Somehow, to-do lists never worked for me..once i created a to-do list just before going to bed...and boom the next day i felt extra lethargic think how many things are need to be done😅. So I always tend go with flow..Whatever is important for the upcoming days or weeks, i tend to focus on that and thus my works gets completed. And yes, the energy thing is so true!! I also follow that same rule!! Highest energy in the morning and lowest at night!!

I work full time and am trying to also study Japanese after work to gain more skills to work towards my long term goals. However, I find it really hard to study after work because I only really have energy in the first half of the day and I feel emotionally and physically spent after I finish work and don’t want to use my brainpower towards anything hard. The only way I’m able to study is short bursts when I have free time in the middle of the workday but I feel like it’s not enough. Do you have any advice for such situations? Edit: I wake up at 6am and nothings open that early around here except McDonalds so studying in the morning isn’t really possible
