John's the best for sales and extremely informative TH-cam content. No one knows more than John in this area. My comment is directed at both John and comment readers. Haven't seen John mention the Tribest DynaPro vacuum blende recently. I've made 6 purchases from John including 2 DynaPro's and can't recommend it enough. Especially if a person doesn't have a Vitamix to start with buying a DynaPro is definitely the way to go. 15 year warranty.
The Dynapro DPS-2250 is a wonderful vacuum blender for sure. It has its own set of pros and cons. The warranty is a huge plus for sure. For people that own a vitamix or blended they may want to consider the biochef or void kit that will cost much less than a new dynapro. I compare the biochef to dynapro at th-cam.com/video/7028w2khqw0/w-d-xo.html and the void systems kit to dynapro at th-cam.com/video/P5kuLz8Oun4/w-d-xo.html so people can the differences.
Is Dynapro better than a Vitamix quality wise? I’ve never heard of Dynapro before. How long have you had it for? I need a blender and want one with a vacuum now. I got the new Vitamix Ascend but have time to return it now that I know about vacuum blending. Just don’t know how good the Dynapro is compared to Vitamix quality wise.

Hey John I was wondering if you could please tell me which model for the vitamix base do you use? I ordered the void lid and blender jar but can’t seem to find the correct base for it
Hi John, did you notice the berry blend on the biochef was a much darker color than the void with the vitamix carafe? Why do you think there was such a color difference? More oxidation on the vitamix carafe due to finer blending?
YES. The reason why in my opinion: the darker color is due to the anthocyanins in the berries. The void system was lighter because the berry seeds were also blended INTO the smoothie instead of being left whole, because they were blended, it made the mixture lighter in color as the berry seeds (slight fat) diluted the anthocyanins.
Hi John, i got the void vac kit u suggested, thanks for the coupon code ❤ I wanted to ask why my lid only goes to 16 not 18 when vacum blending? It stops at 16!
It would be interesting to see you put the following against each other for blending and suction. Tribest Dynapro Blendtec with void lid Void blender with void lid Vitamin with void lid Which would you choose John. Tribest, simply because the power and warranty? Or all void to keep it simple?
Tough choice. Each option has its own set of pros and cons. I personally own all the options myself, and like each of them for different reasons. Watch my latest video: VOID vs Dynapro th-cam.com/video/P5kuLz8Oun4/w-d-xo.html so you can see the difference between dynapro vs void lid on vitamix/void base. (carafe is the same) I would NOT get the void blender with lid, as they have too short of a warranty. I probably would go with the void + vitamix base since I like the square carafe, and it left less grit in the strainer in the above test. The blendtec has a dull blade and would not blend as well, but I like the power of the base, as well as their square carafe.
I want to buy but the website is NOT available. I am from Florida, USA. How to buy the vacuum container, because I have already vitamix pro750 blender. I just need the container. Thanks
Hey John thanks for all your amazing content, I’ve been watching your videos for years and continue to! I purchased the biochef vacuum pump attachment a couple of years ago after watching one of your videos but before the 2 year warranty was up it quit working it doesn’t even turn on. I just want to tell you about my experience with vitally 4 health who sells them has not been good. I’ve been trying to get a warranty replacement for 5 months and they just keep giving me the run around and excuse after excuse why it hasn’t shipped, it’s been a terrible experience and I will never purchase anything from them ever again! So sad when the customer service ruins a product.
I have also heard other reports of Vitality4Life Customer Service not being that as well. The last email I sent the sales manager for the USA, they did not reply to me. I think they may be going out of business(?) or not care about their customers. So sad, as the product is good for what it does.
My BioChef carafe, purchased 10/15/19 started to smell like smoke after a few years while running on the Vitamix because I believe the blade/bearings were getting overheated, possibly? So I quit using it. I love the pump though, I vacuum seal mason jars along with the Food-Saver lid. I lost the accessory for the pump that allows it to seals bags. And I keep all my receipts except I can’t find the one for the BioChef carafe/pump I purchased from Discount Juicer. Sounds like BioChef wouldn’t honor the warranty even if I had my receipt. Sad 😢
John, do you think the blades on both the kits are comparable to the blades on a Vitamix caraffe? My concern is they don't use the same quality as a Vitamix.
I have successfully removed the biochef blade and installed a vitamix blade assembly with some difficulty. I do not recommend you do this, as this would vodi the warranty on the biochef carafe. I have not tried this with the void systems carafe.
John, I bought the Void lid and bags for my Blentec after watching your video's and the difference in taste and texture is amazing. My question is, would it be ok to use my Breville food processor slicing blade to prep my vegetables as I make a whole weeks worth of juice (using my foodsaver to vacuum the juice) and the time it takes me to prep all the vegetables with a knife can take some time to do. Thanks.
Yes, if you want to use your food process instead of a knife to precut produce for blending, you could do that for sure. I would recommend AGAINST using the S blade, as it causes a lot of oxidation. I would recommend using the slicing disc, that will cause less oxidation than the shredding disc. Also run the food processor at the lowest rpm if possible.
Thanks for the review! I have been wanting a vacuum blender for years. Have you tried the Breville Vac Q? A lot more pricey than these options but has a more familiar name behind it
How low does it drop the atmospheric blender? Which blender creates the lowest atmospheric pressure? Which one on the market creates the lowest atmospheric pressure so I can best preserve nutrients.
John, thank you as always I have blentec professional 800 blender with the sound enclosure, do you know if the void system lid will fit under the sound enclosure? I really want to make my blender a vacuum blender because of too much foam everytime I make my smoothies Hey, if this works, it'll be the next best sound proof vacuum blender to the monster priced new kuvings fully automatic blender, right? 👍😋 I really would appreciate your response, thank you for your hard work!
I have this vitamix. Should I sell it and take the money to buy the VOID complete system for $400 because just the VOID lid alone is $300. Can you compare VOID complete system (with base) vs upgraded vitamix with void lid?? What are the tech specs on each base and what makes one better than the other?? Will subscribe and like if you respond.
I would not sell the vitamix to buy the void blender kit. Why? the vitamix has a much better motor, assembled in the USA with a LONG warranty. The void blender while only $100 more, only has a 1 yr warranty, and I guarantee it will NOT last as long as your vitamix motor. If you didnt have a vitamix already it might make sense to get the void blender so you wouldnt have to buy the void vitamix kit and a vitamix.
John, just to be sure, will the void system fits or works with the Vitamix Creations 11? I want to buy both, but I want to make sure they will fit each other. Thanks in advance and thanks for the video.
Void - nice product, but it keeps failing on me. My second time having it fail now. I want it to work but I had issues twice now. Frustrating as they pretend each time that they are so surprised that I have had issues, but clearly even you had issues three times. Hopefully this next time they replace or repair it works. I had just paid to send the lid back, and when they repaired it and send it to me it was faulty the first time that I tried it again. Straight out of the box fail on the second issue now.
would love to learn how it is failing on you? Did it fail the same way each time? VOID is continually making improvements to their lids, and I am committed to ensure my customers get a working product.
I own a stainless steel carafe by Vitamix. For all the health benefits of vacuum blending, I’m surprised that Void and Biochef are making their carafes out of plastic. “Do BPA-free plastics such as Tritan, have human hormone-disrupting effects? And what about BPS and BPF? BPS and BPF seem to have antiandrogenic anti-male hormone effects that are similar to those of BPA. So when you’re assured you shouldn’t worry because your sales slip is BPA-free, the thermal paper may just contain BPS instead. What’s more, BPS receipts may contain up to 40 percent more BPS than they would have contained BPA. So BPA-free could be even worse. In fact, all BPA-replacement products tested to date released chemicals having reliably detectable EA, estrogenic activity. This includes Tritan, which is specifically marketed as being estrogen-activity-free. In one experiment, researchers dripped an extract of Tritan on human breast cancer cells in a petri dish, and it accelerated their growth. This estrogenic effect was successfully abolished by an estrogen blocker, reinforcing it was an estrogen effect.” - Written by Michael Greger M.D. FACLM
22:39 John, your Biochef vacuum pump must have a defect or be an old model. I just ran my Biochef pump on the empty Biochef carafe and it took just 43 seconds to complete!
wow. thats really interesting. mine has always taken at least 60-90 seconds. I will have to check with some other friends to see how long theirs takes. I think I also need to test for vacuum pressure, as maybe some pumps don't suck as much vacuum as others. I'm not sure.
Update: I was at my friends house that purchased the biochef several years ago and his pump took 75 seconds on an empty carafe. So it appear they may be some variation on the time it takes for it to pump down. I personally believe 45 seconds is too short. I will continue to test OPP (other peoples pumps!)
☹ Inspired by John I bought the Biochef carafe + vacuum pump for my Vitamix (3 HP version). I am dissatisfied with the carafe. When making e.g. almond milk (just 2½ oz in weight of almonds) initially I run the blender on variable speed (5 - 8) and it causes the machine to vibrate heavily. When I switch to high speed it does not vibrate but it sounds as if the (quite powerful) motor does not run smooth, it being strained, to the point that I get nervous. Therefore I do NOT recommend the Biochef kit for Vitamix.
I have seen that issue occur with some customers. Something having to do with the balance of the bearing and blade assembly in the biochef carafe, is the best I could figure it out.
At least use the same type of container. Otherwise it is apples and oranges...But in the scheme of things none of that staff is making any difference. Vacuum is not needed it is not a mission to the moon.

Does the Explorian E310 Vitamix have the RFID chip in the coraph? Thank you for your helpful and informative video.
Do you happen to know if the biochef vacuum jug fits the vitamix explorian e310?
Is there an option for the vitamix assent?
How come you are running the Void system at the lowest blend setting and highest on the bio? I notice you do this on other void lids as well.
Will this work with an explorian?
OK, does the VOID system fit the Vitamix E310 Explorian?
How big is the carafe that comes with the whole VOID blender??
Will the Biochef Container work on the Vitimix stainless steel container?
Does Void System fit Vitamix Vita-Prep 3?
I have a Biochef for Vitamix. Bearing went out. Biochef would not reach out and honor the warrantee. So which one would I go for?

Tribest Dynapro
