I always seen him in your videos, and he striked me as a very beautiful, kind and willing person... he was always smiling and was very fond to show us his work and efforts keeping this pieces of organ history alive and working. May God bless His soul. Rest in Peace Alan ❤
That was a very nice video memorial to a great man. I watched the episodes that included him only recently. My condolences to his family, friends, and the theater organ community on losing such a wonderful person. I know that he will be missed but he will not be forgotten either. Thanks to organ media for including theater organs for some of the episodes. I haven’t really cared that much for theater organs until watching several episodes on here that demonstrate their differences from classic pipe organs and the inner workings of theater organs. I hope to see some other theater organs in the future!
Rest in Peace, Al. He will be very much missed by the city of STL. Al taught me the theater organ and was extremely generous with his time and talents. I will forever be grateful, and every time I play the Mighty Wurlitzer at the Fox, I will try to make him proud!

Very sorry to hear.
I’m sorry to hear of Al’s passing. May he rest in peace.
A beautiful tribute!
RIP Al, you will be sorely missed.
Sorry to hear. He leaves behind big shoes to fill. Hopefully there’s someone in the area who carry the maintenance of the organs.
Condolences to his family and friends. A thick book to close the cover on there.
RIP Alan.
