Blinking light on AC Problem vlog 7

saved a call to their abysmal customer care ty for the info.
so its prefectly normal for it to blink when u turn the ac on. for first few seconds

Snowflake indicator of my voltas ac starts blinking after every 5 minutes. It becomes solid after 2 mins but again after 5 mins it starts blinking. My room isn't cooling
