The problem in Pakistan (be it cricket or anything...) is lack of unity. In India you will hardly find one cricketer talking something bad about his ex-colleagues after retirement which is common in Pakistan. There has to be some discipline while talking to media which has been there in India but people talk anything and everything in media.
Indians and Pakistanis are more or less same in nature. We have seen controversies and stories when Virat Kohli was Captain.

It is not necessary that exact same incident that's happening in Pakistan would have happened in India. All I'm saying is such things happen in both countries and media makes full use of it. We see Sunil Gavaskar critisizing Kohli or Gambhir fighting with Kohli, Sanjay Manjrekar critisizing Jadeja during commentary.
