Ogni volta il gol di Del Piero mi illumina gli occhi per aggancio finta e velocità di esecuzione..ma soprattutto l'eleganza che accompagna tutti questi gesti..un giocatore FENOMENALE e un uomo stupendo che manca come il pane nel calcio italiano

If you the France 98 team vs Italian 1994 the outcome will be like in world cup 2006 . Italy always looked like a weak team but some times unfairness of referee decision make them a loser.
Quella notte ero presente al Delle Alpi... emozionata per la semifinale, per come ha giocato la mia Juve e, non lo nego, per rivedere il mio mito Zizou... praticamente ho pianto per tutti e 4 i gol, per il rigore, per l'ammonizione di Pavel e per la gioia esplosa nelle vie di Torino.
Ma soprattutto, quella partita l'ho vissuta con mio babbo che adesso non c'è più... e conserverò per sempre nel cuore quell'abbraccio forte e di dolcezza infinita che non potrò mai dimenticare. Vinciamo noi, papà.

Del Piero will always be my football idol , i grew up watching juventus late 90s and early 2000s.
Una partita che secondo me riassume la magia e la crudeltà del calcio. La magia di una rimonta storica in una serata perfetta, la crudeltà del destino che toglie a un fuoriclasse con la maglia numero 11 l'opportunità di giocarsi il sogno della vita, quella finale che lui meritava più di tutti. Da tifoso juventino, non dimenticherò mai quel pianto dirotto e quella camminata lenta sotto la curva, quasi a scusarsi. Pavel, campione vero ma soprattutto uomo vero.
Che Juve.. Me la ricordo come fosse ieri questa partita.. Adesso siamo di nuovo in semifinale e sono passati 12 anni!! È cambiata la squadra ma il cuore è sempre lo stesso!!!

Milan didn't deserve to win that year imo, they got luck to beat Ajax in 91' and won against Inter by "away" goal to reach the final. And the final was dead boring.

Sono Interista, ma devo dire che mi manca questa Juve e in generale il tempo in cui le squadre italiane dominavano la Champions League. Se ci fosse ancora gente come Del Piero, Zambrotta, Nedved etc. in Italia, col cazzo che la Bundesliga di merda ci sorpassava in Europa.

Matteo Bennati Mah guarda, io sono milanista ed ero presente quella sera a Old Trafford, e' verissimo e innegabile che erano altri tempi ma, secondo me, l'unica squadra che ancora non e' stata inserita nel vortice del PESSIMO momento del ns calcio e' proprio la Juventus, mi sembra la sola che possa ancora ambire, quanto meno, a tentare di giocarsela con le superpotenze, siamo noi, Inter etc. ad essere messi veramente molto male
Quel Real Madrid che perse sta partita era forse il Real più forte della storia, se vi andate a riguardare la formazione vi sentite tutti male roba che manco alla play station. E pensare che quella Juve di Lippi li ha battuti 3-1 ed è andata in finale contro il Milan pieno di campioni straordinari nulla a che vedere col Milan di Balotelli, il punto più alto del calcio italiano a livello di club che aveva squadre di altissimo livello. Peccato che in questo paese si debba per forza distruggere tutto e chiunque vinca gli si deve dare per forza del ladro o del dopato senza rendersi conto che squadre come quella Juve di Lippi fanno solo del bene a tutto il sistema calcio. Solo in Italia le squadre che vincono di meno piangono e fanno polemiche e dietrologia (la Roma ahaha) invece di prendere esempio dalle squadre più forti come fanno ad esempio in Germania o negli altri paesi normali. Quella Juve di Lippi era davvero una squadra fortissima, io simpatizzo per la Lazio ma chiunque sia appassionato di calcio non può non riconoscere che quella Juve era fortissima
aveva una difesa normale (eccetto R.Carlos, che non era certo un difensore),il centrocampo nulla di che (Guti e Conceicao, non propriamente due fenomeni) ma davanti avevano gente che solo a vederli scendere in campo c'era da tremare (Zidane,Figo e Ronaldo su tutti)....il Real di oggi è una macchina perfetta (ma forse meno affascinante rispetto a quello del 2003)
beh in difesa avevano terzino destro Michel Salgado che era molto più forte di Carvajal e a parte Ramos sia Hierro che Helguera erano meglio di Pepe...a centrocampo giocavano Makelelé e Cambiasso quindi tanto scarsi non erano... forse il centrocampo di ora con Modric e Kroos è più forte rispetto a quello ma in assoluto in generale per me quello è stato il Real più forte che io abbia mai visto... e non dimentichiamoci del grande Raùl Gonzalez Blanco in attacco, giocatore meraviglioso

This was a great Juventus team. Every round, they looked special and had some top notch players. Just a shame they fell at the final hurdle because up until the final they looked like the best team in that season's Champions League.

As an AC Milan fan, I was cheering for Juve during this game because I wanted an all-italian final (I think Milan had qualified for the final the day before). I watched Nedved tear Real to shreds, he owned this game. I was happy that Juve won. I was VERY happy that Nedved also picked up a yellow card and was suspended for the final, which was won, of course, by Milan!

Savicevic ci ha portato in finale ed era in grande forma. Stesso contro il Marseille con van Basten infortunato e Gullit in tribuna. Lo dicevano pure prima di Milan Barcelona senza la coppia centrale, ma tutti sappiamo come e andata. Si deve giocare con 11 disponibili e basta
