Very good information I just wanted to know if you could give me any more information my six-year-old non-verbal autistic child has been physically abused by a Agency member of staff was dragged across the Carpet by his feet and has Carpet burns up and his back. I feel the school worried about they might get done so are giving no information over. We just want to know if our son will be safe back at that school again because he has been off for a month while they are pending. Investigation ourselves. Just wanted to know what Help I can get from you professions

Hi Chris, as we don't know where you live and because a school is involved that has no connection to our Trust we can only suggest that you get in touch with your local authority Safeguarding Team, check out a couple of national safeguarding websites like this one ttps://www.gov.uk/government/publications/keeping-children-safe-in-education--2 and maybe contact your local MP to see what help they can offer.
      We hope this helps.

when does a strategy discussion take place after child protection services have been contacted? And if the 15 days have passed. Is it safe to say there is no need for a child protection conference?
Would they work with me to resolve and problems?

In some cases, where PACT/Social Services deliberately fail to protect Vulnerable adults. Due to suppressing prior wrongdoing . The PCC applies Retrospective Sanctions on the Vulnerable adult until 2023. In order to cover their tracks. Reminding the PCC/PACT/Council that under Law they have what is called A Duty of Care. They will refute it. Thus, in order to remain alive from violent neighbours, the Vulnerable person will need to remove themselves from the situation. Hence , why you often find people homeless deliberately, because their L.A has deliberately failed them. By driving them out of their own rightful home by ignoring violent neighbours Cckooing, Squatting, Burgling and literally taking over the vulnerable victims home. Is a relief to Failing PACT Police, Social Services, and Councils. It is they themselves who are untrustworthy Deviants. They fool themselves they are successful Public Servants yet know nothing of Service to the Community.
