    Brillaint video. Barbel are just special no matter the size and since I started fishing for them, it's pretty much all I now fish for.

    Leaving the trent was the only negative to moving down here to Cornwall 3 years ago , fished it for 45 years and seen all its moods

    Very informative. The swims that you were fishing, are these available on a day ticket or do you have to book them?

      I think you can turn up and fish days only on a pay on the bank basis from peg 10, 11, 12 upwards. Pegs 1-9 must be booked in advance. Check Collingham Angling AC website before quoting me on this....

    All credit to you Duncan for trying something new and having some success, but like you, none of that style of fishing appeals to me in the slightest. I much prefer the smaller intimate rivers.
