Daylight CFLs were very common in the 2010s but are not as common anymore. Daylight CFL bulbs were not too common in the 2000s but in the 2010s they started getting more readily available and many people started using them. Now in 2023, most daylight CFLs are getting replaced with LEDs and they are not getting super common. Covered CFLs don’t seem too common either.
Thanks for making this video. It is interesting to see one of these lamps. I am trying to get a 500W equivalent one, but so far they are all far to pricey.
Is that a horticultural one? I did not know they made standard CFLs that big. I sort of want a 2000W equivalent CFL grow lamp, but there are some negative implications that go with buying one.
