It sounds like the Jay banner is shafting a lot of people, it took me 250 paid crystals which was my limit. Since we just had emperor I'm hoping HK Roy will be at the end of January, early February.

You get Hero Gems every Multi. You need 30 to exchange for a Unit, which is 1,500 Crystals.
