I believed the only restricted part of the turret is the armor package. The rest is just standard product improvement. Iirc, M1 up to the original A1 has rather outdated fcs and optics of it's time. Even m60a3 TTS has better fcs and optics.

It doesn’t have m60 mobility. It’s actually far worse. You have an extra 10 tons of weight with no extra hp. Really the only way to play this effectively is to sit in the back of the map by your spawn and snipe people.

But it isn't that crazy at 10.0. the 292 is basically the only russian tank to not have ERA but also almost no other country has it either at 10.0. I do agree with thermals. Sometimes those release their payload soo damn high up, the game doesn't even render them in from the AAs perspective. Funny game limitation, but they see the ground targets with thermals without issues. All the A4s, Phanthoms, F-16s and other multirole stuff. If i only look at the U.S. techtree. The russian planes can either do air-to-air or air-to-ground, while (except the SU-29) they suck at the other thing. High BR ground RB as a whole is just a miserable steaming pile of crap at this point. Specially with the amount of quitters "playing" there. ...and the amount of small, knife fight city maps.
