Stomach bug is going around so bad right now! It really helps up to stick to the BRAT diet for 24 hours after our kiddos throw up. Bananas, rice, apples/applesauce and toast. It really helps their gut heal!

Love watching your videos! I’ve been following you guys since you were first dating. I’ve got two girls, two and a half and 4 months. Night times are SO hard. My girls go to bed between 7-8 though, I can’t believe your boys stay up that late! I’m in bed by 9 myself lol.

Also with a stomach bug you should only introduce small amounts of liquids so they aren’t so curious to chug it and if they can’t keep stuff down just let the gut rest for 4 hrs and try again
