Meet Tommy Lhomme, a multidisciplinary artist based in Brussels. A painter, tapestry maker, and videographer, Tommy shares his unconventional journey with us, from studying communications to the Fine Arts School of Marseille, where he reinvented himself as a painter. Passionate about exploring forms and colors, he explains how his paintings and tapestries feed into one another, creating a unique visual dialogue.
Tommy takes us behind the scenes of his creative process, from his sketches on Photoshop to the anxiety of a blank canvas, which he overcomes with large swaths of color. He also shares his vision of art as a never-ending daily journey, where evolution is constant. In addition to his artistic practice, Tommy runs a TH-cam channel where he creates artist portraits, vlogs, and podcasts, offering a human and accessible perspective on the world of contemporary art.
