      A shok Magajikondi, Develop your mental muscles by reprogramming the mind [brain]. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 5-10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax with no desire for pills. Mind[brain] are reprogrammed. Throughout the day in your normal activity observe your breath with awareness when you get free time. Try watching only comedies and musical shows and no negative TV shows. Do the above meditation daily twice without any doubts and enjoy life without medication. Best wishes.     Duniya mein agar sabse Khatarnak koi bimari hai to hua hai depression. 2018 aur 19 mein mujhe bhi depression ki problem thi. Do teen bar to mujhe panic attack chuke ha. Per mujhe pata nahin tha ki mujhe depression ki problem. I really thanks to you sir. Aapki video dekh kar main is depression se bahar nikala. Aur aaj main bilkul theek.     Very good morning Sir, after completing your CBT sessions, coincidentally I was following this diet and now come to know this info from your video that it helped me a lot.     We need more doctors like this brother! I don't even have to watch this again, next time I'll be buying fruits I'll make sure to add them in mine as well as in my family's too!
    The only question I have is for doc - what causes lack of this salt in our body I mean if we're consuming something which is affecting this order please tell us what not to eat or drink! Best Regards

    It all started 2 mnths back where I was feeling sleepy soo much, bt couldn't sleep because I was keeping on thinking
    (And suddenly this idea came what if I keep thinking whole life and couldn't sleep)
    So I started fighting it ki dnt think dnt think and ( u know when u think ki ye ny sochna ha, than yu keep thinking that only) and the next minute i know is panic attack, first time ever in my life, I was shit scared for no reason, and it was jst increasing, heart beat increased, started sweating, and now here I am after 2mnths (condition better than that first day) bt still everyday now and then it comes up, so I take a walk and try to explain myself all good all good this and that,
    (The reason why I'm writing this is because if someone goes through same pain and he/she reads my comment and gets helped, than I'll be the happiest person
    Because ye bimari mere dushmano ko bhi na ho yehi meri duwa ha bhi ny bol sakta, nastik jo hu, bt still u know what I mean.....

      Even i am suffering from same disorder from the past one month. Though it has been less then the frst day and a lot of improvement has been shown. It has not vanished totally. Let's stay strong together

      My heart starts Pumping all of a sudden from nowhere. All of a sudden. Then it goes back to normal after a minute or so. It feels like i am having something serious but it is not like that. Its just a panic attack.

    After struggling many years with anxiety and panic attack i realise that there is nothing wrong with anxiety ,its a very natural result of what we do as compulsions to get rid of anxiety and finding any magical solution to solve whatever brain throws .
    So ,i cut out those compulsive behaviour and iam no more struggling .
