"Gem at a museum" is an rhyme if you count off-rhymes (which modern poetry does, whether it should or not). I would also suggest that the Americans, when thinking about rhyme don't think about meter (and are more open to slant rhyme, off rhyme, and other more modern poetic implements), but all the Brits seemed to have an associative grasp of meter with rhyme (and a stricter adherence to classical rhyme). And the Canadian seems stuck between.

I genuinely love Skizz's Grinch in a pinch build. Would I have guessed that exact wording just from looking at it? Of course not! But the rhyming requirement threw all of the guesses into complete chaos, not just that one. I thought the prompt was clever and he built it well. You call it the worst ever, but it's unironically one of my favorites.
My prompt would be two nickels in a pickle, which isn’t a lot but would be a weird prompt
