- A video highlighting the fresh air, grounded healing nature of Switzerland's mountains and my attempt at a 7 mile walk upon them. This is also my first attempt at using my new DJI hand held camera - so anticipate doing more vlogs like this - I enjoyed doing it hope you enjoy watching it and entering another countries energy and vibes. Switzerland is a lovely place of such peace and wholesomeness I love going there.
Did I find the holy grail (coffee) or not...
There is a lot of heavy news right now and I for one have come back from my trip wham bam into the Easter Portal and Eclipse portal energies which have side-lined me and enforced me to rest.
So in the meantime before my next video enjoy this one ...I don't take myself too seriously as you can see - a lot of huffing and puffing - ha ha could even make it a AMSR video...and me being mum ....
But the scenery I think you will agree is magical...

Amanda a couple of poles could help with your knees. They use them over here in Australia. When you go on walks they stabalize you and help you on the hills. Just a thought. They fold up and you can put them in your luggage.

I have never seen the Matterhorn before so I am glad you showed us! The sky is so blue too! I chuckled when you were looking for a place for coffee on the way up. I probably would have wanted some too! Good job that you made it up and back down!!
I live in the British Columbia Canada rainforest, and it’s very big over here. I go for days without seeing anyone but my husband.😂😂

Good morning from Colorado! I haven’t heard the word dazzling in such a long time! Perfect.
1st Holiday i went on was to Switzerland when i was 16 with the Girl Guides we went to Zermat then traveled round switzerland. We went up the Matterhorn on the cable car. And walked back down through the woods lots of red squirrels. It was wonderfull. We then went to a lot places. It cost £30.00. i am 77yrs old now.
Lovely like icing on a cake i made yesterday.Enjoy your time away , you deserve the break.

I waited to watch this video so I wasn't doing anything else. It was awesome Amanda! Thank you for filming it! I haven't been there since I was 20, so at 58, that was a while ago! What a lovely gift you gave us, taking us on your hike. I'm headed to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado next week, and the altitude is going to be a challenge for me. Like you I walk a few hilly miles a day, but I'm looking forward to the views! Thanks again!! ❤️

I found it incredible how vocal the birds were at the beginning when you were high up in the snow. I live in Colorado and in the mountains we don’t really hear the birds like that. Thank you for sharing this Amanda. I loved every minute of it.

What a delight! Mountains have always sung to my soul. And you are so kind to have shared the glory of these mountains and skies and waters with us! And speaking as someone who lives at 3,200 feet, you did amazing!!! If I visit higher nearby elevations, despite being acclimated to altitude and physically active, I’m huffing and puffing too! What a lovely surprise Amanda - thank you for sharing your beautiful holiday and equally beautiful family with us. I laughed when you said John was "around 62". Thereabouts ☺️. The first bit at the top of the mountain was so beautully peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the birds. I do love peace and quiet - I crave it often in fact so totally understand.
When you were walking up the mountain to the restaurant it was so high I thought you were going to end up at the top of the Matterhorn but you were exercising the most important muscle in your body... your beautiful heart. Enjoy the rest of your hols. Loads of love - Bel ❤️🤗🙏

Shasta in 2019. Amazing. I loved the sensation when you were in the higher altitude and had to rest a little. I'm glad you did, because, yes my ears were popping too! I do live in the northern California foothills, with the sound of a rushing creek and many birds. My daughter & granddaughters live 'next door' (not too close, but close enough to call out, "good morning, want tea?" Town is 4 miles up a winding road - feel truly blessed. Loved this - I am hoping Audrey visits you again for some channelling, and one thing I really loved about this, was that you filmed it in such a true way, like I was there walking with you - and I liked that you were so relaxed and didn't feel the need to fill the spaces. This was wonderful to watch. I started yesterday, got 3/4 of the way through and just finished. Couldn't sleep very well last night so I played the scenes of nature I watched in your video, the mountains, sun, little abandoned buildings, incredible water, trees all of it and it helped.
