I luckily found a Dc5 type R exhaust by chance and paid on 20 bucks for it online on Craigslist I guess the guy didn’t know what it was and it sounds amazing but all these exhaust sound great not too load and not too quiet just right to get that decent VTEC growl
THe Mugen and Fujistsubo power getter has that throaty scream which i like. The HKS silent hi-power exploits the VTEC sound. J's Racing 70RR almost sounds as if unmuffled. I wonder if these are all cat-backs.
It seems kinda hard to tell i mean these obviously arent all stock so your gonna get a different sound th HKS silent Hi-Power made the Vtec crossover sound like mad but i guess im for the Mugen Twin loop :)
@drkstr7 best noise.. well for me i have a 97 gsr with a crappy 2.25 cat back but i have a highflow cat and a header with cold air intake.. if u wana keep it simplei think u shud go wit that.. i think 2.5 in makes the car sound raspy if its not makin a tone of power.. my Car sounds nice and deep too even tho theres not =much bottom end. so header cat. id say 2.25 exhaust unless ur modding the engine majorely i did a ebay cold air intaqke but bout a k&n filter. do full tune up iridium plugs
Good video, but I seriously doubt the comparison is a fair one, as some of the cars looked highly modified. it would only take one of them to have a different intake and it would sound wildly different...

I have the ARC Exhaust, sounds amazing. So unique. Everyone says it sounds flawless for a honda...soooo ARC all the way.

Got a J'S Racing 70RR on my FD2R. A real neighborhood alarm clock and sounds awesome when driving through tunnels.
HKS definitely sounds the best, very clean, and not much louder than stock.
