9:33 all you have to do is hold you hand towards the ceiling and the water will fall into the bucket thing, then you get an igniter fire thing from the one class next to music class (ive forgotten the names, just figure it out lol) and catch the bleb on the platform when he falls
edit: i played and i figured out its astralgebra, and you can find the lighter near the UFO and rocket spawner
