As you mentioned that you don't have much usage of phone, then I guess there is not point of spending so much on it but like you said you want to experience a flagship phone for once then why not go for iphone 16 and spend on something latest rather than last year flagship and also based on your history, you are a long term user so I guess ios will be better(P.S. I am neither an IOS user nor a fan) and also consider one big thing that s23 ultra is big in size and not compact like s21 fe so decide accordingly

I had pixel 8.. I had to sell it coz it had lot of network issues... Lotsa other issues... I sent it to service centre, motherboard fail, microphone fail, display issues, touchscreen issues... Sab fix karke diya unhone but i sold it... Coz hardware is pathetic...
