I'm a dumb American, so I think this just got to Ohio, but Ben's shoulder touch 24:00 in and subsequent grin, after the notion there are no dogs for Evan to ax kill, made me laugh for 5 minutes
The camera swing at 39:11 during the middle of a motion sickness discussion was nicely ironic. I find the static double shot of the two guests is so much easier to watch than trying to pan between them, especially trying to keep up if they're talking to each other.
I've been playing MArvel's Midnight Sun's after hearing on several podcasts that the writing was pretty good, and holy shit could htey not be more wrong. it has some of the WORST writing i've ever experienced in a game. Like Iron man is supposed to be a bit insufferable, but here, it's turned up to 11, and also nearly every other character is also insuffereable. the younger kids are supposed to be in their 20s and act like pre-teens. the dialogue options are confusing and inconsitent, and quickly led to me skipping thorugh all the dialogue and just choosing the light/dark optiosn based onw hat i'm leveling, and whiel there are a few cool character interactions, they rarely last more than a few lines, and often require you to stop playing for about a minute while you stand htere and listen to dialogue. the battles themselves are pretty good and if it wasn't for the game pretty much requiring you to run around hte abbey twice between missions (int he morning before the missions and then at night after the missions) it woudl be pretty fun consistently. I hope ben plays through it so that he can vomit repeatedly at how bad the writing is.
I think we can all agree that Evan is a very, very competent host and not at all a bad person (boys in the wall excluded). What a great episode
I was honestly shocked at how good the written apology was
The last 1/4 of this ep was GOLD.
I've missed Greg and Ben's dumb riffs
I liked the Writey Writey Write Segment :D
Count orlok is the name of the nosferatu, its the exact opposite situation of calling all vampires draculas
Evan will not stand idly by whilst the panel attempts to pierce the corporate veil of the Pokémon Company.
Good to have ya back Ben!
I love it when the random end of show nonsense stays in the edit
Great show per usual ... and everybody looks incredible especially Ben and Greg
8:19 YES NAOMI! SLEEP IS BORING! I’m with you all the way
What?! Sleep is amazing!!
51:22 Best episode ever!
The top of Naomi's hand is cut of when she says this one is for the troops so it looks like something not good.
21:01 i mean, the Soviet union did get big into helicopters, so they were big on rotors
Im with Ben, floorboys and/or crossing legs is ideal
Is Ben entering his Francis Farewell Starlite era? Also Naomi's 'couple's prank' scream cost me years- thank you.
Was anyone else's ad during the ad break about sleep???
I think they may have finally broke Evan
wooooaahhh ultrawide screen

I swear that's a ghost
Atomic Heart... More like, Atomic Fart
Like Atomic Heart Mother Suite?
I'm getting slight Oscar Isaac vibes from stacheless Ben.
Can Evan and Naomi do a betting ad already
Outer wilds? 😎 Naomi based
