12:35 We all know Ramon didn't turn off the lights there are 3 reasons why
1. He said he was going to the bathroom
2. Marcus found him washing his hand IN THE BATHROOM
3. He was in the middle of walking there when the lights turned off.
That means that he would have had to turn off the light then use some type of flashlight or something to see the way to the bathroom and they would have seen the flashlight and known that it was him that turned the lights off. So its obvious that he didn't turn them off.
