@@Youkall3 I agree but the main target audience was for little kids, biggering might seem to “violent” or even the words might be harder for younger people to understand. If they remade the movie with biggering an older audience might appear, also with the animation style to the song genre is very different and might be harder to convey what the song means with the animations.
@@zumbiezum Yeah I can see why Biggering was reworked into How Bad Can I Be (and I do like How Bad Can I Be), I do think it is still sad though that we missed out on a movie with the tone of Biggering, which was the original plan. The message would have been way more impactful than The Lorax ended up being, and it should have with such serious topics like environmental destruction caused by greed. Sadly it seemed they wanted their target audience to be little kids though.

the fact that I watched the lorax years ago and I didn't see a lot of people going on about it but now I see it everywhere and im glad bc it was and still is my favourite movie and I was upset bc it was sooo underrated ! !
The oncler didnt fix shit, he pushed it off on some kid. Just like in real life. The lorax has remnants of a really good story about how the older generations and coperations are fucking everything up and leaving it to thr next generation to fix, saying the oncler fixed it takes away what little commentary the movie ended up with.
Its sad what happened to the Lorax as it was going to be a good film until the cooperation that funds it said "no".
The book is way better at portraying this and has a great moral story I’m doing this video based off the fandom and the later movie but the book is very important
