Although the female lead's costumes are not elaborate and makeup is just as simple and minimal, yet she shone through with her natural beauty, innocence and purity. Coupled with her good acting skills, she really brought to life the young Xuan Ji and then the stern and powerful God of War! I really enjoyed her martial arts and fighting scenes done with such grace and power using umbrella and sword and at such heights too! All in, Yuan Bing Yan did an excellent job with Cheng Yi in this memorable and beautiful drama!
I still feel love n redemption is much better , I like the two main leads, yu sifeng n xuan ji , the story line, the songs.....in fact I don't get bored watching again n again.

Love this couple so much, but honestly after watching this video, I realized I like XuanJi much better before she restored her 6 senses. Because despite lacking 6 senses, ironically, she has more sense of right and wrong and treats Si Feng much better. My poor Si Feng..

honestly even if they do end up in a drama together, the fans will not be happy. the agency for these two actors has destroyed fans' love of this pairing. I can just see fans boycotting and/or down rating the drama just to show their disgust. I myself would boycott the drama if that ever happens. the agency doesn't get to insult the actors and our intelligence by trying to milk off of the fans' love for this pairing.
