Ingredients
For fish soup
featherback fish bone
mrigal carp fish
sticky rice noodle
coriander
lemon grass
garlic
ginger
fish sauce
salt
Others
Fried Tofu
fried featherback fish meat
,boiled fermented bamboo shoot
boiled sticky rice noodle
pickled mustard
sliced cabbage, onion and coriander
garlic oil
chilli oil
Instructions
Combine featherback fish bone and mrigal carp fish with pounded lemon grass, ginger and garlic, a tea spoon of fish sauce in a pot and boil them.
Then pound boiled featherback fish bone, mix it with water in a bowland remove bone from boiled mrigal carp fish.
Fry pounded garlic,ginger,lemon grass and mrigal carp fish meat in 1 teaspoon of oil.
Add tumeric (a little), 1 teaspoon of salt,1 tea spoon of fish sauce and lemon grass into them, pour mixture of featherback fish bone and water through sieve into the pot.
Pour water ( about 1.5 liter) into them and boil them. If you wish, can add coriander stalk into fish soup pot.
Then boil sticky rice noodle for 2 minutes and fermented bamboo shoot with fish sauce for 30 minutes.
Fry featherback fish meat and tofu.
Make garlic oil and chilli oil.
Slice cabbage, coriander and onion.
For a delicious fish noodle soup,
Add boiled sticky rice noodle, sliced cabbage, coriander and onion in a bowl if you like.
Pour fish soup into this bowl. Add sliced fried featherback fish meat and tofu, garlic and chilli oil ( a little) and fermented bamboo shoot in it.
Can also eat it with pickled mustard for more delicious taste.
