Those ugly sticks are not meant for the ocean unless you get the tiger rod even then not the best. If you’re a hardcore salt water fisherman in the north east look into jigging world, their nexus rod is incredible for almost all bottom species made great and a great warranty
@@TyMoneyFishingTVthe nexus is their cheapest model at $150 but they make a ton of different rods made on the north east in Nj. Everything from tuna rods to inshore bottom fishing. I have thousands of fish caught on their rods and I wouldn’t buy any other brand from here on. I own shimano blue water series, shimano trevala both incredible rods but the nexus weighs 6oz and has and incredible backbone with amazing sensitivity. I don’t work for them or trying to sell them I just love their fishing rods.
