[DIY] 丸ノコ45度縦挽き治具でフレンチクリート製作 ! Circular saw 45° Rip Sawing compact Jig for French Cleat !

1x4(SPF)や12x90mmの杉板などを縦挽き出来る治具を作ってみました。
フレンチクリートの壁側のレールの角を45度で落とすのは初心者だった私には難しい上に怖くて(きっと今でもw) 2枚作って挫折していました(笑)
テーブルソーは高いし作るのもハードルが高いなあと思っていたところ、ふとストックしていた40x40x45cmのMiSUMiのアルミフレームが目に入り、この治具を思いつきました。
上手い具合にアルミフレームの中央の溝に45度に傾けた丸ノコの歯が接触せずに納まったり、何かと都合良く出来てしまったので動画にしました。
動画ではSPF 1x4や12x90mmの杉板で作っていますが、治具各所のサイズを変えれば他の木材にも応用は利くと思います。
杉板の幅は90mm、1x4の幅は89mmなので1mmの差があります。気になるようでしたら隙間に何か挟むなり、アルミフレームの位置をずらすなりして下さい。アルミフレームに材をプッシュする細工を考えはしましたが、そうそう出番のある治具でもないので出来るだけ簡単に作れるよう細工を考えるのをやめましたw
十数枚切って安全に挽ける事は確認しましたが、もし製作されたならこの治具は丸ノコをホールドダウン・クランプで固定する仕様なのでノブは強くキツく絞めて下さい！ 1枚切る毎にクランプが緩んでないかのチェックが必要かも知れません。
I made a jig that can rip sawing 1x4 (SPF) and 12x90mm cedar boards.
It was difficult and scary for me as a beginner to drop the corner of the rail on the wall side of the French cleat at 45 degrees (I'm sure it's still) and I was frustrated by making two.
I thought that the table saw was expensive and the hurdles to make it were high, but when I suddenly saw the 40x40x45cm MiSUMi aluminum frame that I had in stock, I came up with this jig.
I made a video because the teeth of a circular saw tilted at 45 degrees fit into the groove in the center of the aluminum frame without touching it, or something was done conveniently.
In the video, it is made of SPF 1x4 or 12x90mm cedar board, but I think that it can be applied to other wood by changing the size of each jig.
The width of the cedar board is 90mm, and the width of 1x4 is 89mm, so there is a difference of 1mm. If you are worried about it, put something in the gap or shift the position of the aluminum frame. I thought about the work of pushing the material to the aluminum frame, but I stopped thinking about the work so that it could be made as easily as possible because it is not a jig that has a turn.
I have confirmed that it can be safely ground by cutting a dozen or so pieces, but if it is manufactured, this jig is only designed to fix the circular saw with a holddown clamp, so tighten the knob strongly! It may be necessary to check if the clamp is loose every time you cut one sheet.
