If you consider OnePlus. Nord ce 3 ,first you have to know that Nord ce 3 has promised 2 years of major updated (14,15) and 3 years of security updates and from them android 14 already launched and only one updated remain. So if you want only OnePlus then go for it otherwise other mobile brands are giving till android 16 like redmi note 13pro, realme 12pro moto edge 40 neo etc

Bro, I was confused between this two as well and I opted for Nord Ce 3.
It completely depends on your requirements and choice.
If you need good battery, big display, lightweight and two years software update is ok for you with decent cameras, go for 1+.
But if you need non chinese with slightly better cameras and the king of UI, then opt for A34. But mind it none of them are for heavy games. And A34 is a bit bulky in size.
So you have to choose
