I'm wondering if the stamped 22 on the bottom of my hans Wegner papa bear chair has any significance. My client believes it's either a prototype design or possibly, the number in production. I've tried researching it online and haven't found anything about it.
Thank you for making this very informative video. If one had an original in need of a refurbishment would I need to consult a specialist? If so do you have a Southern California contact?
Glad you found the video interesting! Sadly we haven’t any contacts in southern Californian contacts when it comes to upholstery. But all experienced upholsterers can indeed help you with a Papa Bear. Just bake sure it’s a serious upholsterer!
Följer redan er på Insta och nu på TH-cam. Alltid imponerad av djupet av er kunskap om skandinavisk design, jag menar G Åberg i Malmbäck!? Hur hittar ni all info?
Thanks for your input. Yeah, understand what your mean. Personally I love details about materials and production techniques, but some watchers finds this a bit nerdy. 😊
Love this channel so much!
We had our two reupholstered last year by a wonderful company, Furniture Doctors, in Rathdrum, ID.
Love this channel too! Thanks, guys!
Thanks for your support!

What’s the most expensive color of original upholstery?
Hi, well the color usually doesn't matter that much. But original upholstery in good condition is a rare find and always expensive.

Tack! 🙏 Haha, ja vi begärde ut de gamla rättegångsprotokollen och då dök G Åberg upp. Fanns också en bra gammal artikel i tidningen Form.
A little superficial for my likes,a lot more detail required, otherwise a good take on a design classic.

Are you two a couple?
Yes, we're married.
