Date and time are not in sync at 3:14. When setting an appointment, time is given as 10am on the same day, and when asked for a date it took 12pm on 12th Feb. How to do it such that time and date are with respect to the same timeline reference
I think it is just how the system captured the date format.... it is using the ISO 8601 format to capture the date. Both time and date are different parameters here.
In this section, how can we integrate web service to store details of the appointments confirmed? and If the slots are available or not, how to set the validations on the requirements?

How does it work in Real ? For example how do i link this with my Outlook if im using the appointment scheduler on skype? All i want it do is to schedule a meeting via outlook while talking to it on skype
Why doesn't my account have the "integrations" option on the sidebar? I even upgraded from "trial" to "ES Dialog Flow" but it still won't appear. Does it need to get activated from inside google cloud admin or something? Similarly I don't have "prebuilt agents" in the sidebar.

The front end changed significantly since this video. They have Dialogflow CX now or something like that. The principles in this video series still apply but in a different way. I hope they update the videos!
Hi Priyanka, your videos are always useful and simple to understand. Can I integrate this Agent with Google Contact. Is there some examples available online somewhere. That would be helpful. Else, if there is some documentation which I can read and develop that would be great.

We can do it with the help of context variables.
We can store the business hours in variables and use them with conditional logic.

At 1:07 the 'hi' is not responded by the bot it is the query of the user that you see.
