Wow. Thank u guys for this vid. I’m 56. We camped here with a friend and his parents when I was teenager. Such wonderful memories. We would camp 3 or 4 times a summer there. Wow. We always met other kids to hang out with. We even got to b close friends with the people who own Pune cove campground. Their son was named Todd. This was early 80s. 80. 81. 82. 83. Wow. What memories.
That’s is so cool you have such great memories of your time spent here. We love to hear stories like yours! I hope the kids these days are making memories like you have. Thanks so much for watching!
Hello from Spokane Wa, I grew up camping there in the 60s-70s, absolutely the best memories of my life! I remember the old comosarry, It was fantastic with the old juke box and all the kids stuff back then.😊
@TravelingBuckeyes they use to have a collection of wooden bridges, and it was sort of a hunt to find them all, you could swing on the tree vines over some of the ravines, do they still have the wooden bridges? The beach has changed a bit it was a lot bigger in 60s-70s, and everyone in the camp grounds would be at the beach.
Looks like a nice campground. I think we are going to check it out and thank you for doing this. So many campgrounds that I didn't know that was nice before you started posting these. Thank you
I liked that little J3 Cub flying overhead. It looked like they had ice cream but no Miss Pacman. Those geese can get nasty. I am impressed with Ohio State Parks... they even have pizza. Nice job.
We thought you might know what the plane was 😁 Believe it or not the geese were not aggressive at all. We had planned on getting ice cream but never did, they had some very good flavors. Thanks for watching!
That is so close to us, I can't believe we haven't been there. Love the corner site! The renovations of the campstore are great! Take care - Michelle & Brian
I'm originally from Ohio and still have a brother and sister in law in the Toledo area. Love to see what parks and campgrounds are around the state. We recently got ourselves a Mini Lite 2109s and will hopefully be visiting some of the places you've reviewed. Keep up the good work!
Congratulations on your new Mini Lite 2109s! We hope you love it as much as we love ours! Hopefully you’ll make it back to OH, we have some great State Parks. Thanks so much for watching!
My wife Linda and I were at caesar creek state park last week and she has several pictures of that same yellow plane flying over. Love your state park reviews, golden buckeye card for 60+yr olds, 50% off state parks, Best benefit of getting old yet.
That’s so funny you saw the plane also. Hopefully you had a nice stay at Caesar Creek, it’s a very nice park! We are happy to hear you enjoy our reviews!! Totally agree the discount at the parks are a huge perk of getting older. We are getting closer every day 🤣🤣 Thanks so much for watching!
We love Cowan Lake SP. We’ve been a few times and going again next month with our camping group. I believe we have about 10 camping units going this time. I’m not a fan of their new FHU’s as they’re in the full sun. Many of us bring our kayaks as it’s a nice lake, especially for beginners.
@@TravelingBuckeyes thank you. I will look at Indian Lake. I just love you guys. I actually met you both at a RV show. We ended up buying the trailer we were standing in front of when we met. You guys put out such great videos. I see so many places I want to go. Places you have gone too. Thank You, so much.
We are thinking of going there this year. Thanks for the video. Love your OSU tablecloth for the picnic table. Where did you find it? My husband would love that. Pizza at a Campground pretty neat.
It’s a very nice campground with lots to do. It was so cool to get pizza and not even have to leave the campground😁. We bought the picnic table cloth years ago near Indian Lake, unfortunately the store is now closed. Thanks so much for watching!!
We have been pretty lucky with the cicadas. Pretty sure we will see them this weekend on our camping trip. We really appreciate you watching. Safe travels.
We love it. It really keeps the sun out. I really have no con's. The pro's are that it is very easy to install. It slides on the awning and I stake the other end on the ground. It take about a minute to install. I can't remember the name brand but i bought it at Harbor Freight. Thanks so much for watch. Safe travels.
So interesting to compare and contrast Ohio state parks and Pennsylvania state parks. I’m pretty sure none of the PA state parks have a camp store. RV camping isn’t really available at a lot of them.
We are going to Cowan SP in July for the first time. It’s always great to get a “preview”. Thank you for doing these videos! Question: Where did you get your OSU tablecloth? Is it cloth or PVC?
Another great informative video of what Ohio has to offer!!!
Thanks for watching.

You guys should check out Cowan Lake. It’s a really nice campground. Thanks for watching. Safe travels.
Thanks for showing the site numbers and what they offer
You are so welcome! We try to share things that we would like to know when we are researching a campground. Thanks so much for watching!
Looks like a really nice campground well kept.
They do a nice job with it. Thanks so much for watching.
I always travel to hotels but are now considering a camper. Enjoyed the videos.
We like the camper better than hotels because we know who has been sleeping in the bed Lol. Thanks so much for watching!

Great video guys. I really like the upgraded editing in the last couple video
Thanks guys! We have been trying to step up the editing. Thanks so much for watching!

Sounds like fun. Hope you have a fun trip. Thanks so much for watching.
Where did you get your Ohio state parks book, that you can have stamped?
I believe we purchased it at Indian Lake State Park. Thanks for watching!

Great video!!! Go to Whitewater State Park, the cicadas are everywhere!!!
We have been pretty lucky with the cicadas. Pretty sure we will see them this weekend on our camping trip. We really appreciate you watching. Safe travels.
How do you like the screen shade on your awning, any pro's or con's on it and what brand. I am looking at adding one to mine.

Hello from Washington State!!💐💐💐
Hello Washington State and thanks so much for watching!
We love Cowan Lake sp
Another great video. Cowan is 20 minutes from my house.
Thank you and thanks for watching!
So interesting to compare and contrast Ohio state parks and Pennsylvania state parks. I’m pretty sure none of the PA state parks have a camp store. RV camping isn’t really available at a lot of them.
We have a lot of State Parks that don’t have campgrounds also. We have 57 State campgrounds here. A lot of the state campgrounds have a camp store.
I stand corrected about this. Bikes Boats and Bivouacs just did a you’re of a camp store at a PA state park. Guess we need to see some more.
We are going to Cowan SP in July for the first time. It’s always great to get a “preview”. Thank you for doing these videos! Question: Where did you get your OSU tablecloth? Is it cloth or PVC?
Have fun at Cowan. Thank you so much for watching.😁
We bought the tablecloth at a store that is now closed. I believe they have them on Amazon.
Did ya have the planes flying over at midnight from the Wilmington Air Park?
No we didn’t hear any planes at night, must have slept through them 😁 Thanks for watching!
