I'm planning on ordering an LTZ exactly this, but I need the sunroof. Maybe I'll go 6.6 gas, not sure yet. Its a few months out. Liking the lakeshore blue, which I rarely see.
Get the duramax much stronger and powerful powertrain plus resale value will be out the roof in 15 years becusse diesel will be so strick with emissions in 15 years your current duramax will become valuable
I think you'll absolutely love it! The battle of 6.6 gas vs diesel is a valid one, but the diesel is by far the more common choice in my (albeit limited) experience. The diesel numbers when it comes to power are undeniable. The Duramax is also well known for what it brings to the table. It's awesome to see that you're both passionate AND knowledgeable on them.

But hows the transmission? Lol and im sure thats only 100k. They guys who will actually use this truck also cant afford it.
They kept the incredible 10-speed Allison transmission, so you're set there. As for pricing, this specific truck is priced at $104k CAD (about $77k USD) before getting into any possible rebates. Thankfully, we're finally starting to see rebates and programs available that can make getting into a new truck like this a lot more reasonable than the last few years.
