Great to see your process, and how you allow the inspiration to come freely, instead of staring at a blank project, just hoping for anything/something/nothing to happen. Thanks for sharing, keep 'em coming.... please!
Really like this style of tutorial, would love to see more. It is nice to see a "real" end to end process, like peering over one's shoulder. I see heaps of great tutorials for a specific thing, but it can be hard for me to piece everything together.
Thanks man! I also find the start to finish vids most helpful, cheers :D I might implement the "from scratch" type of videos as a part of my upload schedule. They're easy to make too, lol
@myshko !! thank you so much for making these video'. i learned soooo much from the videos i watched from you ! awesome stuff ! keeeep on posting my friend ! we want more of this !! :D much moreeeee
I recently did a video on arrangement: th-cam.com/video/6hgBlYAnf_M/w-d-xo.html Not really a "from scratch" type of tutorial but still I hope it cab help somehow :D
I think there should be two selector kits installed by default if I remember correctly - "Selector Kit Clean" and "Selector Kit Warm" Both are good tbh and u can make any of them work if u just fiddle around with the knob parameters enough Cheers :D
Here is Granulator II: www.ableton.com/en/packs/granulator-ii/ And here's the sequencer: maxforlive.com/library/device/75/ml-185-stage-controlled-sequencer Cheers brotha :)
I admit the commentary wasn't the most descriptive. I'm still working on improving that haha If you have any questions though, I'm happy to answer them :D
hey man I am a complete abbleton beginner aiming at making techno and will definitly use your videos for inspiration but I find myself having difficulties understanding the thing you say from my lack of ableton\production basic knowledge. Do you have any advice about how I should get strated what should I be learning and where can I find the ressources to do so? thank you!!!
Lmao sorry for the late reply, but what I recommend for learning Ableton (or any software, for that matter) is simply trying to do stuff, and looking up videos on TH-cam for whenever you don't know how to do something. So just try to make music and google any problems you might face. That's how I've learned pretty much every program out there. Let me know if that helps :)
from this .... yes an empty project great 🤣 ... do you have your own " ableton only " master chain that is usefull for youtube, spotify & co. ? would be nice to see a tutorial about this with some explanations
nice format bro, i really enjoy the straight forward style, trying shit out, and just keeping what works. I will definitely start using the selector, I wasn’t familiar with it.
Nope! It's a free Max4Live device. Here's the link: maxforlive.com/library/device/75/ml-185-stage-controlled-sequencer Sorry, should've mentioned that in the video haha
