I've been regularly practicing this class for one month now. The benefits are great: my core was weak, I can now feel it is getting increasingly tonic. I can feel the benefits throughout all my regular yoga practice. So many thanks from France for this and all the videos on your channel. Namaste.
The "core" includes all layers and levels of abdominal muscles including the pelvic floor, low back muscles including erectors and glutes, and upper thigh muscles surrounding the hips.. I loved the integration of all of these into a seamless flow, a core dance! Short and sweet.. thanks Doron!

Yay !! Today I did it all the way ! Still have some belly fat though ... My favourite part : Warrior One to Warrior Three and standing. Maybe not the most corey .... Peace !
You can only push the like button once, but I do like this class each time I do it even though it's intense, and probably because it's intense, know what I mean ? Anyway, it's great and I've just decided I'll do it every day until X-mas, for obvious reasons. Better before than after, n'est pas ? Thank you Doron people !
