K-Line “Vision Line” NYC Hudson - LEGACY Upgrade.

Just wrapped up a doozy. K-Line Hudson converted to LEGACY control with swinging bell and whistle steam. Used sounds from the Heisler. That sound set has the the same whistle the OG VL Hudson had.
