just like how they've been losing nearly *every single court case* related to their continuing attempts to overthrow the democratic vote for the new president..who will take office January 20th - 2021. even conservative/Republican judges are sick of trump & friends, and have been ruling AGAINST them most of the time.
plus, oddly enough, also the majority conservative supreme court - stacked with trump's favorite GOP appointees - even THEY have said, *NO* to him recently [and I'll take it] re: his *100% unproven * 100% DISPROVEN, in fact, accusations of voter fraud causing him to lose the election.
his team, on his behalf, wanted them to overthrow the *semblance* of a democracy we have re: voting, with *their* Supreme Court Justice ruling..and that yahoo has NO shame, his brain is mush.
but even though they said, NO, to him and his efforts are sinking fast, we cannot rest because:
we MUST get rid of that dinosaur called, 'the electoral college' and the super-delegates that are included with that tired system.' because one citizen should get ONLY one vote for each election, period..AND, for the love of god, love of *theee* gods or for pete's sake, whatever - we just *gotta get money OUT* of politics!
no more legalized bribery of our politicians by private super-wealth holders, the banks, corporate *demi-gods.* the politicians are supposed to work *for the people,* *not* their *top 2%,* wealthy donors and *their* wishes..which their banking, corporate and private *real* interests always clash with the interests and most serious needs of the everyday householders.

Banks have been regulated and deregulated on and off. Elizabeth Warren has been preaching this for decades. But credit unions are owned by the members and usually have a better track record. I could have said Savings and Loans but after their failure in the 80s and their bail out by Bush in the 90s - they aren't much better than banks. All has to do with regulating of the industry. People like to swipe. I wouldn't leave any money in a Bank of America bank they are above average worse than all the rest.

I had $1700 stolen from my account months ago. BofA reimbursed me the money THEN a few months later they put a negative $1700 in my account and took my whole $900 payment plus the extra $300 included in that payment, then took the next $300 payment and the the last $200 from my next Edd payment. This happened during rent time and put me in a hole. Every time I call BofA, I’m on hold for dam near 3 hours only to be told it’s Edd taking the money. Finally it’s been verified BofA is taking the money, they still haven’t reimbursed me my money.

Also, any money in a bank account belongs to the bank, they are just saying you are good for that amount. I changed banks, and moved my home loan, cancelled my credit card. I had never been late with a payment. My EDD account was drained of $200 in September, supposedly from an ATM. I filed a complaint with B of A's Claims department and was told in early October that the case was closed, but the money was never returned to my account. Since then, I have called so many times I can't even remember. I have literally spent at least 50 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. The few times I did get a person, they told me they were independent contractors who did not work for the bank and could only pass along messages. I even went into a branch and they let me call from there, but I still spent 2 hours on hold without talking to anyone. I wrote them at the beginning of November, but haven't heard back. At this point, I've pretty much written it off as a lost cause.

Just like they try to act funny when someone tries to put money in an account or cash a check. It is non of your business as to what the money is for unless once again a court has issued a order to freeze an account. This is what is wrong in America.
