- Since TH-cam has done the TH-cam Rewind I figured I'd do one of my own rewinds. This is footage from backstage and on stage of when I met and performed with Vanilla Ice. I did an acoustic guitar cover of Ice Ice Baby years ago and then got a phone call from Rob, Vanilla Ice, and we sang together in FL. This is some behind the scenes footage. He’s cool I have one of his drawings my sister gave to me every year he visits ocean city Maryland and eats at Phillips seafood house and of course they put down the brown paper table cover and every year when he eats (alone which I found funny) he draws some kinda of vanilla ice looking dude with all the chains and the huge baggy cloths and always signs it with his real birth name he can seriously draw hell of an artist and who’d of thought one day I’d have one
I've known a few people that have met him who said he was the coolest guy. A family member was an event organizer years and years ago who worked with Vanilla Ice once and said he was one of the most down to earth, easy going people she'd ever dealt with.
Its rare to see an artist genuinely enjoy a cover of one of their own songs this much. Ice seems to be a humble human being and has aged well, happy inside and out. Huge respect to both artists 👍
When you mesmerise the artist who's song it is to the point they miss their cue to come in you're doing a good job!

Marty, Regulate by Warren G & Nate dogg is an old school song that would go viral extremely fast. There is no doubt with your love and artistic skills added to Regulate it would accelerate your future instantly. If you grew up on ice ice baby than you know how great of a hit that was.
