I am a first time moma! too just delivered my baby girl on the 15th I was scared too! . I got induced as well I had gotten the epidural 8 hours after being there it lasted 4 hours up to the point of needing to push I was in labor for 24 hours until I felt the pressure to push my advice is to use a mirror to see the birth it helps a ton! Stay positive throughout the entire day remind yourself that you'll get through it & you & baby will be happy & heathy!. You got this! Once it's over you'll honestly forget how bad the pain was after giving birth.I also recommend the 50$ frida mom postpartum kit it is a life saver!! & it's really all you need. & congratulations! The best is yet to come ❤.
@@sweetrevenge25sweetrevenge2 thank you so much for that. This is my second child so I do know a little something😊 however that doesn’t shy away from being scared again. Congrats on your baby girl
Some other tips you can do to be more prepared on what you may want to bring to the hospital hope this helps you a little more! Chapstick Hair ties Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush Birthing gown if you do want something more comfortable and convenient I recommend the freida baby one! for easy skin to skin contact Comfy and loose clothes to go home in not too many! Slippers or sandals Adult diapers (you bleed a lot after so just be prepared) Night time pads (the bigger the better) and before you give birth, cover em with witch hazel and freeze them, it’s very cooling and will help with the burning after! A breast feeding pillow for some extra support Warm socks And a ten foot charging cable ! Snacks !!! Cuz that after birth hunger is terrible!
