Their audio quality is really great, but on certain aspects I prefer Pak Gita's therefore I said "I think" on my statement above .
Maknatalk settings are good (minimalist modern, spacious, clean etc) and ofc some people would prefer something like that. But for me personally I prefer the the "closed" room here because it has less distractions and only focus on the interviewer and his guests, it's more intimate.
And the settings here is giving balance vibe of casual and serious/professional/deeper talk vibe (which I prefer for his type of guests and their conversations), while Maknatalk for me is leaning more towards casual aspects. So it's about preference I guess :)

I'm wondering to know about corporate culture and working culture in business circumstances from your perspective and reliable interviewee. i see corporate and working culture things still becoming the biggest problem in business nowadays. most of people and leader talking their business financially as an output but talking less deeper about culture as one of the most irreplaceable asset within human resource (input) including attitude, beliefs, critical thinking, leadership, and norms as an outcome. i love to hearing your perspective and gaining some knowledge as well your incredible abroad career .
