This movie deserved and still does deserve so much more exposure, it’s such a beautiful message about unity and bringing people together and that’s a message that the world could really use right now
Went to see Pride in the cinema 5 times, bought the DVD as soon as it released. I still cry at the ending when the text explains what happened afterwards.
I bought this dvd before I ever saw anything but the trailer. It did NOT disappoint. If I have played it once I have played it a hundred times, sometimes twice in a row. LOVE IT.
This is currently on amazon prime! Watch it! It's superlative in every way. I cannot say enough good things about it. Ben Schnetzer steals about every scene he's in, and the little speech by Paddy Considine is so touching. Go watch this film!!!
I think this film is much more. I watched the french masterpiece Intouchables yesterday and this gem today and they are the same beautiful messages about humanity. And as they melted me inside and gave me hope they also made me furious about the politicians and governments and all the shit they are succesfully selling us for decades and centuries. And I'm ashamed of me and my fellow ordinary men for not fighting against THEIR perverted view of life on Earth.

This has become my all time favorite movie. But no one ever comments on the brilliant soundtrack.
Awesome all round.

@Hantian Li Agreed, although all religions are man-made, so saying "man-made religions" is a bit redundant.
Beautiful film and so good to see as this changed History for LGB people in the UK.
