Do the people who manage the contestants from each country not know what National Costume means? Belgium and Brazil look more like something you'd wear to a party. Brazil has better national costumes than that like their Mardi Gra type outfits. Does Belgium even have a proper national costume? I always see them wearing similar outfits in other contests.
