And these two guys will be her great friends in keeping her aligned with money consciousness, and she will certainly continue to inspire their growth as well. I hope Cassie continues learning and sharing with her people her own age and younger, and older*

I'm catching up on all the missed episodes and I'll continue watching all of the news ones. Finally some content beyond 15 minutes.
Btw One horse sized duck would make more sense since ducks have more brittle bones and their only offense is their beak. The rest is just overcoming their intimidation. Since horses are just straight muscle and rock hard hooves, id say that would be pretty painful.

Hi Graham! I just want to congrats you on your diverse range of knowledge, and especially on real estate advices. If you are able to, would you make even more videos on real estate, because you are the best advicer out there!

I wasn't sure if this was a podcast or a regular upload from Graham, maybe make it clear from the title/thumbnail without sacrificing the algorithm potential. But the first 1 min of the pod has been great!
We're such regulars that we know when to look for the upload so the podcast fans find it anyway and this probably opened it up for other channel fans to discover :)

@38:00 I agree, I was traveling a lot starting in my late 20s, now getting closer to my late 30s, not so much and I find it harder to get excited about it.
Great guest, the travel and adventure stories are always interesting. Should try to get Lexie Limitless on now too, who has the guiness record for youngest to travel to all the countries. She has wild stories even just about going through the world record process. Side note, why are episode numbers no longer in titles with this one and the last?

Dominick well he is looking for a date so when she was flirty people notice because we want him to get a gf because he literally said he was looking for one in another episode
Hey Jack, great job! I’ve watch all these coffee hours and they’ve been entertaining/educational. Could you ask Graham to make a video on investment strategy for expats working in the States?
So it wasn’t that it only cost her that much. Essentially she would go to events with some wealthy people and give a pitch for potential investors. It was more of a philanthropy on the investors part. She only spend ~$10000 herself, but the rest was from the donations and giving advice to hotels for a free room. What I say is save up, look at costs per country, do jobs when in that country, and have a “just do it” mentality. Because time will hold you back more than finances. There’s well over 200 countries. She was doing it as fast as she could for a world record and it still took a year and a half. Hope this helps and I hope you start traveling
@@Zork876 thank you for that summary. I do enjoy traveling, but not just for the sake of it. Rather than many places, I'd rather go to a few, but stay there longer and get the sense of the place.

Check out pics from Ibb, Yemen on Instagram. BTW, we also invented brewed coffee. Hey Graham, I got the hookups for Fiji. I'm from there and we go back every year, depending on this illness and when they open up the borders again. But definitely let me know when you wanna go , have a house in the city and by the beach as well.
26:00 finally starts talking about traveling the world 46:30 explains that she spent $10k to explore part of the world, and then found investors and sponsors to pay for her to break the Guinness world records.
